بَابٌ فِيمَنْ غَصَبَ أَرْضًا .

وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُطَوَّقًا مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ فِي عُنُقِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever wrongfully takes a hand-span of land, when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, seven earths will have been put around his neck as a collar."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Isma'il bin Muslim al-Makki, who is da'if (weak).
