وَعَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ .
Sayyiduna Ya'la bin Murrah al-Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever takes land without right will be required to carry its soil to the (plain of) gathering."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it.
