وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When boundaries have been fixed, then there is no pre-emption."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi al-Zinad, and he is da'if (weak), though he has also been declared trustworthy.
