وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ : قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِالشُّفْعَةِ بَيْنَ الشُّرَكَاءِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ . وَإِسْحَاقُ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ .

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the ruling that pre-emption (shuf'ah) applies between partners.
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; the narrator named Ishaq did not meet Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him).
