Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6783

Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "All the land is Allah's land, and all the servants are Allah's servants. Whoever brings barren land to life, it will be his."
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
