Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6781

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever brings into cultivation rugged (that is, stony and difficult) land of the city, or brings into cultivation dead (that is, barren) land of the city, that land will be his."
Imam Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Layth bin Abi Sulaym, and he is a mudallis (one who practises tadlis).
