بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَعْطَاهُ أَهْلُ الشِّرْكِ أَرْضًا .

عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ مَنَحَهُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ أَرْضًا فَلَا أَرْضَ لَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَزِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ ضَعَّفَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ حَزْمٍ : مُنْكَرُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَزِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ ضَعَّفَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ حَزْمٍ : مُنْكَرُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given land as a grant by the polytheists, that land will not be his."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it in al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Wazir bin Abdullah al-Khawlani, whom they declared da'if (weak); Ibn Hazm says: He is munkar al-hadith (his narrations are rejected). The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
