Majma al-Zawaid 6777 — Lifelong gifts (umra)

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man gave another man something as umra. He asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: It will go to his heirs, or however he phrased it.
Imam Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy) and are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Hasan bin Qaz'ah, whose case is different, though he too is thiqah (trustworthy).
