وَلَهُ فِي رِوَايَةِ : " الْعُمْرَى بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمِيرَاثِ " .
وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
In a narration from him, the words are: "Umra has the status of inheritance." The narrators of Imam Abu Ya'la are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqil, whose case is different; the hadith he narrates is hasan (good).
