Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Four things, if they are present among you, then there is no harm to you in whatever of this world you do not obtain: guarding the trust, good character, speaking the truth, and caution in food (that is, eating what is lawful)."
Ahmad, and at-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah, whose narrations are hasan (good), and the rest of the narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
