وَعَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ أَوَّلُ مَا تَفْقِدُونَ مِنْ دُنْيَاكُمُ الْأَمَانَةَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْمُهَلَّبُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْمُهَلَّبُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Shaddad bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Of your world, the first thing you will find missing is trustworthiness."
At-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, al-Muhallab bin al-Ala', and I have not found anyone who wrote his biography; the rest of the narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
