وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : أَقْرَضَ أَخْوَالًا لَهُ مَنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ قَالَ : فَلَمَّا خَرَجَتْ أُعْطِيَاتُهُمُ اخْتَارُوا لَهُمْ مِنْ مَالِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أُتِيَ بِهِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : هَذَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ مَالِنَا الَّذِي أَعْطَيْنَاكُمْ فَاجْمَعُوا أُعْطِيَاتِكُمْ وَأَعْطُونَا مِنْ عَرْضِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ .

Qasim bin Abdullah narrates: His maternal relatives from Banu Asad took a loan (or gave a loan). When their stipends came, they selected for them from their own wealth. When it was brought to him, Sayyiduna Abdullah said: "This is better than our wealth that we gave you; so gather your stipends and give us from that."
At-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is munqati' (broken).
