وَعَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ : اسْتَسْلَفَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ مِنِّي أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ فَقَضَانِي أَجْوَدَ مِنْهَا ، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ : إِنَّ دَرَاهِمَكَ أَجْوَدُ مِنْ دَرَاهِمِي ؟ قَالَ : مَا كَانَ فِيهَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ نَائِلٍ لَكَ مِنْ عِنْدِي .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Ata' bin Ya'qub narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) borrowed one thousand dirhams from me. Then, when repaying me, he gave me dirhams of better quality than those. I said to him: "Your dirhams are of better quality than my dirhams." He said: "Whatever extra there is in them, you receive it from me."
