وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ ، عَنْ قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي أَرْضِ الْأَعَاجِمِ ، فَقَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ بَيْعِ أَرْضِ الْأَعَاجِمِ ، وَشِرَائِهَا ، وَكِرَائِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَهُوَ سَاقِطٌ مِنْ أَصْلِ السَّمَاعِ ، وَفِيهِ بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ الْخَثْعَمِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَهُوَ سَاقِطٌ مِنْ أَصْلِ السَّمَاعِ ، وَفِيهِ بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ الْخَثْعَمِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he asked Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) about the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning the land of the non-Arabs. He told him that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the land of the non-Arabs, buying it and renting it (out or in).
