وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - احْتَجَمَ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ دِينَارًا .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ ، وَغَيْرِهِ خَلَا ذِكْرَ الدِّينَارِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ ، وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped and paid the cupper his fee of one dinar. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: This narration is mentioned in the "Sahih" and in other books as well, but without mention of the dinar.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Qasim bin Sa'id bin al-Musayyib bin Sharik, and I have not found anyone who has written his biography; the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
