وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - احْتَجَمَ ، وَأَنَّ الْحَجَّامَ شَكَا إِلَيْهِ ضَرِيبَتَهُ ، فَأَرْسَلَ مَوَالِيَهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفُوا عَنْهُ ضَرِيبَتَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped, and the cupper complained to him about his levy. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent word to his masters that they should reduce his levy for him.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
