وَعَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَتْ : لَمَّا نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - هَاتِفًا يَهْتِفُ : " أَلَا إِنَّ الْخَمْرَ قَدْ حُرِّمَتْ فَلَا تَبِيعُوهَا ، وَلَا تَبْتَاعُوهَا ، وَمَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ فَلْيُهْرِقْهُ " .
قَالَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ : يَا غُلَامُ ، احْلُلْ عَنِ الْمَزَادَةِ فَأَهْرِقْهَا ، فَأَهْرَقَ النَّاسُ وَمَا لَهُمْ خَمْرٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَّا الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُوَقَّرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
قَالَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ : يَا غُلَامُ ، احْلُلْ عَنِ الْمَزَادَةِ فَأَهْرِقْهَا ، فَأَهْرَقَ النَّاسُ وَمَا لَهُمْ خَمْرٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَّا الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُوَقَّرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the command prohibiting wine was revealed, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a caller to announce: "Beware! Wine has been declared unlawful, so now do not sell it and do not buy it, and whoever has any of it should pour it out." (Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates:) Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O boy! Open the mouth of the waterskin and pour it out." So the people poured out the wine, although in those days their wine was made only from (two kinds of dates) busr and tamr.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Walid bin Muhammad al-Muwaqqari, and he is da'if (weak).
