بَابٌ فِيمَنْ بَاعَ الْعِنَبَ مِنَ الْعُصَاةِ .

عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ حَبَسَ الْعِنَبَ أَيَّامَ الْقِطَافِ حَتَّى يَبِيعَهُ مِنْ يَهُودِيٍّ ، أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٍّ ، أَوْ مَنْ يَتَّخِذُهُ خَمْرًا ، فَقَدْ تَقَحَّمَ النَّارَ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ؛ قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : حَدِيثُهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى الْكَذِبِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ؛ قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : حَدِيثُهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى الْكَذِبِ .
Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever does not pick the grapes (in the harvest days) until he sells them to a Jew or a Christian, or to someone who makes wine, such a person knowingly plunges into the Fire."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abd al-Karim bin Abd al-Karim. Abu Hatim says: His hadith indicates lying.
