Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 6411

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Allah Almighty has cursed (all of these): wine, the one who presses it, the one who drinks it, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, and the one who consumes its price.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is thiqah (trustworthy) but a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Some hadiths of this kind will come later in the chapter on drinks.
