وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنِ الْخَمْرِ ، وَحَرَّمَ ثَمَنَهَا .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

It is reported from him that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade wine and declared its price unlawful.
