بَابُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْهُ مِنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ .

عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السَّبُعِ ، وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ، وَعَنْ ثَمَنِ الْمَيْتَةِ ، وَعَنْ لَحْمِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ ، وَعَنْ مَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ ، وَعَنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ ، وَعَنْ مَيَاثِرِ الْأُرْجُوَانِ .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْهُ النَّهْيُ عَنِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ وَمَيَاثِرِ الْأُرْجُوَانِ .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْهُ النَّهْيُ عَنِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ وَمَيَاثِرِ الْأُرْجُوَانِ .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (eating the meat of) every predatory animal with fangs and every bird with talons; and he forbade the price of a dead animal, (eating) the meat of domestic donkeys, the earnings of a prostitute, giving a stud animal for mating (in exchange for payment), and (using) cushions of purple (urjuwan). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: In the "Sahih", only the part about domestic donkeys and the purple cushions is reported from this narration.
