عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ بَحْرُ بْنُ كَنِيزٍ السَّقَّاءُ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling weapons in times of fitnah (strife).
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Bahr bin Kaniz al-Saqqa', and he is matruk (abandoned).
