بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّلَقِّي ، وَبَيْعِ الْحَاضِرِ .

وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَلَقَّوُا الْجَلَبَ ، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) relates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Do not meet the traders (outside the market), and let no town-dweller sell for a desert-dweller."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Kathir bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Awf, and he is matruk (abandoned).
