وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " الرِّفْقُ فِي الْمَعِيشَةِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ بَعْضِ التِّجَارَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ؛ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ : ثِقَةٌ مَأْمُونٌ . وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ؛ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ : ثِقَةٌ مَأْمُونٌ . وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Moderation in one's livelihood is better than some trade (that is, some forms of trade)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abdullah bin Salih al-Misri. Abd al-Malik bin Shu'ayb said: he is thiqah (trustworthy) and reliable, while a group declared him da'if (weak).
