Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Journeys are to be undertaken only to three mosques: this mosque of mine, al-Masjid al-Haram and al-Masjid al-Aqsa. No woman should travel for more than two days unless her husband or some mahram is with her, in which case the ruling is different. Fasting should not be observed on two days of the year: the day of Eid al-Fitr and the day of Eid al-Adha. And prayer should not be offered at two times: after the Fajr prayer until the sun has risen, and after Asr until the sun has set."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibrahim bin Isma'il bin Yahya al-Kuhayli, who is da'if (weak).
