بَابُ قَوْلِهِ : لَا تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ .

وَعَنْ شَهْرٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ وَذُكِرَ عِنْدِهُ فِي الطُّورِ فَقَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَطِيِّ أَنْ تُشَدَّ رِحَالُهُ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ يُبْتَغَى فِيهِ الصَّلَاةُ غَيْرَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى وَمَسْجِدِي هَذَا ، وَلَا يَنْبَغِي لِامْرَأَةٍ دَخَلَتْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا مُسَافِرَةً إِلَّا مَعَ بَعْلٍ أَوْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مِنْهَا . وَلَا تَنْبَغِي الصَّلَاةُ فِي سَاعَتَيْنِ مِنَ النَّهَارِ مِنْ بَعْدِ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ إِلَى أَنْ تَرْتَحِلَ الشَّمْسُ . وَلَا يَنْبَغِي الصَّوْمُ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ مِنَ الدَّهْرِ : يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ وَيَوْمِ النَّحْرِ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَإِنَّمَا أَخْرَجْتُهُ لِغَرَابَةِ لَفْظِهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَشَهْرٌ فِيهِ كَلَامٌ وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَإِنَّمَا أَخْرَجْتُهُ لِغَرَابَةِ لَفْظِهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَشَهْرٌ فِيهِ كَلَامٌ وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Shahr relates: I heard Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) when Mount al-Tur was mentioned in his presence, and he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Saddles should not be fastened on riding animals for the purpose of praying in any mosque, except that the case of al-Masjid al-Haram, al-Masjid al-Aqsa and this mosque of mine is different (that is, one may travel to them). It is not proper for any Muslim woman to go out of her house to travel, except that if her husband or some other mahram is with her, the ruling is different. It is not proper to pray at two times of the day: after the Fajr prayer until the sun has risen. And it is not proper to fast on two days: the day when the fasts of Ramadan come to an end (that is, the day of Eid al-Fitr), and the day of sacrifice." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: In the "Sahih"
