Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5811

Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the cutting of palm fibre (masad) and the two uprights, and of what is used as a staff for animals.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Kathir bin Abdullah al-Muzani, who is matruk (abandoned).
