وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ يَوْمِ التَّرْوِيَةِ بِيَوْمٍ : " مَنْزِلُنَا غَدًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِالْخَيْفِ الْأَيْمَنِ ، حَيْثُ اسْتَقْسَمَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: One day before the Day of Tarwiyah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tomorrow, if Allah wills, our halting place will be at al-Khayf al-Ayman, where the polytheists swore oaths to remain firm upon disbelief."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
