Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5491

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Had the filth and impurities of the Jahiliyyah not touched the Black Stone, and had the hands of the wrongdoers and the sinners not touched it, then everyone afflicted with an illness would have sought healing through it."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a group of narrators for whom I have not found anyone giving their biographies.
