Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5257

Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I am a coward and I am weak. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Come to a jihad in which there is no fighting: that is Hajj."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
