عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اسْتَمْتِعُوا بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ ، فَقَدْ هُدِمَ مَرَّتَيْنِ ، وَيُرْفَعُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Benefit from this House, for it has been demolished twice, and on the third time it will be taken up."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it, and Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
