Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5254

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any child who performs Hajj and then reaches puberty must perform Hajj a second time. Any Bedouin who performs Hajj and then emigrates must perform Hajj a second time. Any slave who performs Hajj and is then freed must perform Hajj a second time."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Narrations concerning a child's Hajj, performing Hajj on behalf of a deceased person, and performing Hajj on behalf of one who is unable will come at the end of this book, if Allah wills.
