Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5246

Sayyiduna Usamah al-Hudhali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: During the days of Mina, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man on a red camel, and he announced: O people! These are days of eating and drinking, so do not fast (on them).
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Ubaydullah bin Abi Humayd, who is matruk (abandoned).
