بَابُ حَثِّ الشَّبَابِ عَلَى طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَيُّمَا نَاشِئٍ نَشَأَ فِي الْعِلْمِ وَالْعِبَادَةِ حَتَّى يَكْبُرَ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثَوَابَ اثْنَيْنِ وَتِسْعِينَ صِدِّيقًا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any young person who grows up in knowledge and worship until he becomes grown, on the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will give him the reward of ninety-two (92) siddiqs (truthful ones)."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Yusuf bin Atiyyah, and he is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
