بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ مُتَعَمِّدًا أَوْ جَامَعَ .

وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ بِمِثْلِهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : وَزَادَ : " بَدَنَةً " . قَالَ عَمْرٌو فِي حَدِيثِهِ : وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَصُومَ يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ . وَذَكَرَهُ عُقَيْبَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِنَحْوِ مَا فِي الصَّحِيحِ ; إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " كُلْهُ أَنْتَ وَعِيَالُكَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .

Ata, and Amr bin Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather, narrated (the same) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), except that they added the words: "a sacrificial camel." Amr narrated in his version: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the man to fast one day in its place. He mentioned it after the hadith of Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), similar to what is in the Sahih, except for these words: "Eat it, you and your family."
