بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ مُتَعَمِّدًا أَوْ جَامَعَ .

وَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي هَلَكْتُ أَفْطَرْتُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ مُتَعَمِّدًا ؟ قَالَ : " أَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً " . قَالَ : لَا أَجِدُ . قَالَ : " صُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ " . قَالَ : لَا أَقْدِرُ . قَالَ : " أَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ الْوَاقِدِيٌّ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ كَثِيرٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man said: O Messenger of Allah, I am ruined; I deliberately broke my fast in the month of Ramadan. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Free a slave. He said: I do not have the means. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Fast two consecutive months. He said: I am not able to. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Feed sixty needy people.
