وَعَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .

Sayyiduna Abu Barzah al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fasting during travel is not righteousness."
