وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " تَسَحَّرُوا وَلَوْ بِجَرْعَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take the pre-dawn meal (suhur), even if it is with a sip of water."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Wahid bin Thabit al-Bahili, who is da'if (weak).
