Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4764

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever leads a blind person for forty steps, Paradise becomes binding for him."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ali bin Urwah, and he is kadhdhab (a liar).
