Chapter: Every good deed is charity
Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4751
Imam Abu Ya'la has recorded this narration from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): He narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every good deed that you do for a well-off person or a poor person will be counted as a charity for you on the Day of Resurrection."
