عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : كَانَتْ شَجَرَةٌ تُؤْذِي النَّاسَ ، فَأَتَاهَا رَجُلٌ فَعَزَلَهَا عَنْ طَرِيقِ النَّاسِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ يَتَقَلَّبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: There was a tree that used to cause people harm. A man came to it and removed it from the people's path. Then the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have seen that man turning about in its shade in Paradise.
Imam Ahmad and Imam Abu Ya'la recorded this narration. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Hilal, and he is thiqah (trustworthy), though he has been criticised.
