Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4683

Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: I enter this upper room, and I enter it only out of fear that there may be some wealth in it and that I would die without having spent it.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is hasan (good).
