وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : إِنْ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ لَيَسْأَلُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشَّيْءَ لِلدُّنْيَا فَيُسْلِمُ لَهُ - وَالْبَاقِي بِمَعْنَاهُ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالٌ صِحَاحٌ .

In one narration the words are: "A man would ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for something of the world and would accept Islam because of it." After this the narrator related the narration as before.
