وَعَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On buried treasure one fifth is due."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Yazid bin Sinan; he has been criticised, and he has also been declared trustworthy.
