وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالسَّائِمَةُ جُبَارٌ ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِي الْأَوْسَطِ بَعْضُهُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِي الْأَوْسَطِ بَعْضُهُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "(Damage done by) an animal is not compensated; dying by falling into a mine is not compensated; dying from being struck by an animal is not compensated; and on buried treasure one fifth is due."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and part of it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Abdullah bin Bazi', and he is da'if (weak).
