وَعَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ نُوحٍ قَالَ : أَدْرَكْتُ عَجُوزًا لَنَا كَانَتْ فِيمَنْ بَايَعَتِ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَتْ : فَأَتَيْنَاهُ يَوْمًا فَأَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا أَنْ لَا تَنُحْنَ - فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Mus'ab bin Nuh narrates: I met an elderly woman of ours who had pledged allegiance at the blessed hand of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She said: "One day we (women) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he took a pledge from us that you will not wail over the dead." After this the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
