Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4009

Sayyiduna Junadah bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Three things belong to the affairs of the Jahiliyyah which the people of Islam will never abandon: hoping for rain to come down by means of the stars, attacking people's lineage, and wailing over the dead."
Al-Bazzar, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, recorded it via Mus'ab bin Ubaydullah bin Junadah, from his father, from his grandfather. I did not find anyone who gave a biography of Mus'ab or of his father.
