Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3032

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Friday is obligatory, except that the case of a woman, a child, a sick person, a slave or a traveller is different (that is, it is not obligatory upon them)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Dirar, who narrates from the Tabi'in. I think he is Ibn Amr al-Malti, and he is da'if (weak).
