Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3031

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Friday is obligatory, except that the case of one who is owned by someone, or who suffers from an ailment (that is, an illness), is different."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. About the narrator named Abu al-Bilad, Abu Hatim said: He is not to be used as evidence.
