Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3033

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Friday is not obligatory upon five kinds of people: a woman, a traveller, a child, a slave and a person who lives in the desert countryside."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Ibrahim bin Hammad, whom al-Daraqutni declared da'if (weak).
